I’m Trina Boos, founder of Boost Academy of Excellence, where I help organizations elevate their teams through leadership training, workplace etiquette, and professional presence development. Previously, I built and scaled Boost Agents to a seven-figure recruitment agency, placing thousands of marketing, creative, and digital professionals with Fortune 500 companies, global financial institutions, and top-tier advertising agencies – achieving a 98% candidate retention rate. As founder of Ad Lounge, I grew a community of 5,000+ advertising professionals and pioneered programs including the “Next Gen Dinner Series,” “DishCourse,” and “Conversuasion,” connecting emerging leaders with C-suite executives and raising $120K for youth charity Sketch.
Through 24+ years building businesses and developing talent, I’ve witnessed how professional presence and workplace civility transform careers and business outcomes.
